2024-04-05: After lunch in Monterrey, we headed up to the mountains hoping to meet some friends from Scotland. While we waited, we spent some time at a waterfall next to the road. Then, we drove further up the mountain where we finally were able to catch up with our friends. That night, we were late getting dinner. We walked out of town to some sort of roadhouse type bar followed by a very spastic dog that would not interact with other dogs.
2024-04-06: We went again with kingfisher tours to look for the hidden Maroon-fronted Parrot nesting area. We were lucky to see several of the parrots flying around next to the nesting cavities.
