- 2023-04-09: we made another trip down a very dusty road. It was Easter, and there was a huge line of people waiting to drive the road to the top. Instead, we parked the car at the bottom and walked around on some trails where we saw no one else despite the hundred cars in line. The plant life around here is very interesting.
