The Xavier's greenbul (Phyllastrephus xavieri) is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Nigeria, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.

The name commemorates the French explorer Xavier Dybowski who collected natural history specimens in the Congo.[2]
