The sapphire-vented puffleg (Eriocnemis luciani) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It sometimes includes the coppery-naped puffleg as a subspecies.
