Site Report: Ras Al Khor

• 2016-12-30: We left the hotel early with the idea to take the metro to Safi Park. As it turns out, the subway does not start running until 10:00AM on Fridays. So, we ended up getting into a taxi instead. The taxi driver told us that the Safi Park had skyscrapers on it now, and for a last minute decision, we headed off to Ras Al Khor despite heavy fog. Ras Al Khor was closed as well, but we were able to walk along the fence for a ways. When it came time to get back to town, the taxis did not want to come out to get us. Fortunately, some workers from China were kind enough to give us a ride to the metro station.
