Planetscott - Site Report: Monte El Cedro

2015-03-27: On our way to the ferry, we dropped by a village far up the hill. After climbing forever, we arrived at the choice of the "tunnel" route or the mountain route to get to the village. We chose the mountain route with the intention of taking the tunnel back the other way. We had some trouble finding the tunnel, and when we did, we realized that it was too long to walk through without flashlights. In addition, there was about four inches of running water in the tunnel. So, we walked down a very steep trail to eventually arrive at the car.
