Lohachaur is in a remote area of the Jim Corbett National Park. It is possible to stay in a rustic house/cabin here. You are supposed to stay in your car in this area to avoid being eaten by tigers (or so we were told). The habitat is mostly cloud forested area with a rocky riverbed on the bottom.
Visits
- 2006-01-22: We got a truck, driver, and bird guide to head up to this cabin for one night.
