There are some cabins in the forest at the Rancho Las Nubes (Call Ahead) that get you into some higher elevation (2000M) pine forests. The forest at this is a good one, and I was surprised to see many of the same species that live in California.

Visits

  • 2007-10-14: Just one overnight in the EcoAventura spending up until the early afternoon walking around in the forest. Lots of gunshots in the distance.
