Visits
- 2009-02-07: In Tela, we joined up with a kayak trip into the estuary of Parque National Iztopo. The kayaking was pretty good once we separated from the novices. We were able to make our way into a couple of the feeder streams and the dense jungle therein. After the kayaking, we visited a Garifuna village to eat lunch. That lunch was possibly the best meal of the entire trip.
