Visits

  • 2026-04-08: We arrived in Santa Cruz only to find out that United Airlines had somehow lost our bag during a four-hour layover. So, with dirty socks and underwear, we set about exploring the city. We managed to change some money, buy discounted airline tickets, and finally, to eat pizza. After lunch, we taxied out to the botanical gardens. There was some flooding in the park, and some of the trails were closed, but we managed to find the Bolivian Slaty Antshrike anyway.
