- 2025-12-07: The afternoon's adventure was to walk into the Gipsy Point forest. This was a nice walk toward a peninsula. A short way into the hike, I nearly stepped on a large black snake that was sunning on the side of the trail. Later, I found a Koala in a nearby tree. Later still, I learned that I had acquired two ticks in this place.
