2025-08-29: We woke up early thinking that it would not take long to hike to the top of Penang Hill. On the way up, we encountered a few thunderstorms. Eventually, we arrived at some point on the funicular riding up to the top. Even after an hour walking, it turns out we were nowhere near the top. Later, we headed over to the tourist center of George Town where we got rained on again.
