- 2025-05-29: We arrived late in the afternoon after some flight delays. This was ok, more or less, since it was not getting dark until late anyway. There was a lot of activity in town, but on our after-dinner hike, there was no one out.
- 2025-05-30: Barbara and I were up at the crack of dawn to go and check out the fen trail on the edge of town. While we walked around, we had a close encounter with a beaver, and we got a little splashed by it.
