Beach next to an ugly resort.

Visits

  • 2025-03-30: We made an early trip to the beach from our apartment. The road was not great, but eventually we made it. The beach itself was pretty ugly covered with chairs and a bunch of hotel rooms. And signs meant to discourage the riff-raff from using the beach. Later, we visited the beach again to try snorkeling. The snorkeling here was, at this time in history, better than other places in the Caribbean. Which is not really saying much. It gets a bit crowded in the small roped off area.
  • 2025-03-31: We drove up the hill to look around, but there was not much to see there. So, we went back over to the snorkeling beach for a bit before heading back to Castries.
