Visits
- 2024-08-12: After stopping by a hot (tepid) springs, we arrived in the early afternoon in the town near the national park. Unlike most of Bali, there seemed to be more bird life in this area. We walked over to the boat launch, but when we were not ready to sign up for a snorkeling tour, the boat guys got a bit annoyed. We walked over to a beach restaurant to have a few drinks after that. We followed it up by checking out the salt pans on the edge of town. It was a longer walk than we thought, and we were not back to the hotel until after dark.
- 2024-08-13: We got a guide for the day, and we went to several places along West Bali with the guide.
