Visits
- 2024-04-07: Everyone was lagging for the trip to Torreon, so we took a detour in Saltillo to go look for the Worthen's Sparrow. We followed the directions in the 30 year old howell book, and also the recently updated GPS, and I have to say that we were lucky not to get stuck out in the desert. Once we found the real road, though, things were a lot easier. We finally found the old water tank that was advertised only to find cactus growing in it. There were a bunch of sparrows around, though.
