Site Report: Kyoto - Kamo River

• 2024-02-28: We walked from our hotel into the Kamo river toward the Higashiama neighborhood. The river was ok, but that neighborhood was the worst kind of tourist trap. Instead of eating totally overpriced Japanese food, we ate overpriced falafels in a bar. After that nightmare, we found ourselves on a bus back toward Kyoto Station. We walked around in that place for a good 45 minutes trying to find the right exit.
