Visits

  • 2024-02-16: We arrived in Tokyo after a long flight, and we chose to stay in the Ueno neighborhood. That neighborhood is a lot easier than Tokyo Station which I think is the default for most travelers. Anyway, we were up very early, and we took a walk to the nearby park where there is a lake. Much of the park was closed and not opening until 9AM. We walked around much of the lake, and then we spent awhile trying to figure out how to get away from the neighborhood.
