About The Merrem's Madagascar Swift

This species is endemic to Madagascar where it is found in the southwest, southeast and northwest (Glaw and Vences 2007), over an area of nearly 226,000 km. It is most common in the southwest (M. Vences pers. comm. January 2011), and has been recorded between 15 and 240 m asl.
