Parque Natural Metropolitano, Panama (Center on Interactive Map)

The park is essentially in the middle of Panama City, and from the mirador, you can see the skyscrapers of the downtown area.

Mexico to Panama

3/8/2009: This was the last day of independent adventures on our trip, and we took a taxi to the Parque Natural Metropolitano.

Barbara and I arrived just as the park was opening in the early morning. We hiked around for a couple of hours before meeting our transfer to the Holiday Inn.
