Bigombe Swamp, Uganda (

Map of Bigombe Swamp, Uganda
Map of Bigombe Swamp, Uganda
Bigombe Swamp is a remnant patch of forest just south of Kibale National Park. It is known for its birds and monkeys. The forest patch is not large, and you are not able to go into the forest, but you can walk around the perimeter with a guide. This spot was very good for birding, but at this point in the trip, I was only counting new species, so the list is incomplete.
